1. What this site is
This website describes MobileHomeHaul, a referral and information service for mobile and manufactured home transport and setup. It hosts free educational guides and tools and lets you request a free haul quote. MobileHomeHaul is not a motor carrier and does not perform transport or installation itself; moves are performed by independent licensed professionals. Using the site means you accept these terms.
2. Quotes and service agreements
Submitting the quote form asks us to contact you; it does not create a service contract, charge you anything, or obligate either of us. If we connect you with a transport or setup professional, your agreement, pricing, scheduling, and any contract are between you and that professional, set out in their written quote. Figures on this site and in our tools are planning ranges, not offers or quotes, and your written quote is the only number that binds anyone. You will always see the real number before you owe anyone a dollar.
3. Our promise, precisely
Requesting a quote is free and creates no obligation. We do not sell your contact details to lead brokers or call centers; your information is shared only with the specific vetted professional handling your request, and only with your go-ahead. Our vetting bar for network professionals is active USDOT registration and insurance, checked at onboarding. If our network cannot cover your route yet, we tell you so. These are promises about how we operate, not guarantees about any professional's performance, availability, or pricing.
4. Educational content
Articles and tools are provided for general information, with the sourcing and honesty rules described in our editorial standards. They are not legal, engineering, or financial advice. Transport rules are set by the state departments of transportation on your route, and installation rules by HUD standards and your local building authority; those sources always control over anything written here. 5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no scraping the quote form with bots, no submitting other people's personal information, no attempting to disrupt the service. We may decline or discontinue service where these terms are abused.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MobileHomeHaul is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Transport and installation services are performed by independent professionals, and liability relating to those services is governed by your written agreement with the professional performing them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
